Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders above ₹499 ship free. Shipping charges for orders below ₹499 are calculated at checkout.

We ship across India through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and are estimated at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives with a visibly damaged or tampered outer box, do not accept the delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for next steps.
